2.PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are in EUR. Prices are net prices without VAT. We are not taxpayers. Prices do not include shipping fees.
Payment: only PayPal service.
We take no responsibility for duties outside EU countries. The buyer is responsible for paying duty in his/her country based on the requirements of the country’s legislation.

The entire content of website is protected by copyright. Web page content may not be used for purposes other than the user’s personal purposes, unless the provider in advance and in writing authorizes otherwise. In the case of abuse the user is criminally and materially responsible.
By utilizing the website 71atelier.com user agrees with all general conditions. In the case that user does not agree these general conditions he/she is requested to immediately stop accessing the website.
When the user submits the order, he/she receives an e-mail confirmation of receipt of the order. The user has the right to cancel his/her order before he/she receives ad e-mail notification that the consignment was shipped. The user should send the cancellation by e-mail. Cancellation request should contain: user’s name and surname, address, order number, order date. In the line SUBJECT should be stated : ORDER CANCELLATION and the order number. This is the same number as it is in order confirmation which you receive immediately after submitting your order.
-Contract withdrawal and item(s) return
Consumer Protection Act, article 43, paragraph 6, prescribes that if the consumer has already received the goods and withdraw from the contract, he/she can return the goods immediately or latest in 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
The buyer returns the goods intact, unworn and in the same amount within 14 days after notification of the withdrawal, unless the goods are damaged or lost by his/her (buyer’s) fault.
Seller no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods (product) returns already received payments. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The buyer returns the goods in their original packaging together with the attached documentation to the address:

If the product has been worn, the withdraw from the contract and return of the product is no longer possible.
An ordered item is sent within 3 working days from the receipt of the order. If available, ordered items are shipped immediately. If the seller cannot ship the ordered item(s) within 14 days, the contract is cancelled. The seller should inform

6. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Seller is responsible for defects of the product. Defects are repaired by the seller. The seller is not obliged to reckon with the specific needs of the customer regarding the use of the goods and is not responsible for damage caused due to the inability to use the goods. Information about each purchase of each customer is stored in seller’s records. Buyers can access their data on their written request.
7. BUYER’S RIGHTS – RETURN OF GOODS
The buyer may, within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods, communicate to withdraw from the contract without having to state a reason for his/hers decision. The buyer returns the goods intact and in the same quantity within 30 days after notification of the withdrawal, unless the damage is not a buyer’s fault. Seller no later than 30 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice returns the received payments otherwise – due to the special punishment – is obliged to pay a tenth of received payments for every 30 days of delay. Shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. If the case of undue returned goods by the buyer the seller arranges the storage of goods, while the buyer has to pay the costs incurred. 8. WEBSITE / SALES
Colors and appearance of products may differ from the actual product. The seller must notify the buyer in the case of an error on the website at the latest after receipt of the order. 71byMK reserves the right to errors in the description and price of the products.
